Production Designer:

We are seeking a detailed and experienced production and prepress designer. Must be able to work on-site on a part time basis. Role entails working with both MAC & PC files to preflight documents according to printing standards and make necessary adjustments to all types of files. Must quality control and prepare mock-ups, print specific directions for print and digital reproduction. Duties include typesetting, structure preparation and graphic design. Must be fluent in QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus. This candidate must be able to handle multiple jobs, work independently, accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
