Business Process Analyst:

This role presents an opportunity to work hands on with a global client and performing detailed data analysis, operations support, building databases and customer issue problem solving.

For consideration, candidate must possess the following skills:

		Excellent ability to document and develop business processes based on meetings, issues and requirements with minimal direction and supervision.
		Ability to track and analyze data, as well as present analysis results and communicate to management
		Deep experience in data analysis, including building databases in MS ACCESS
		Strong skills in Microsoft Office Professional applications including MS Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint
		Proven experience as a meeting organizer and facilitator. Also possesses effective presentation skills and works on project teams as a valuable contributor.
		Data analysis capability with keen analytical sense and the ability to roll-up detailed information to report at the management level.

The candidate must be a team player, and independent starter who takes initiative and possesses strong interpersonal skills. Experience in the semi conductor industry is a plus.

Summary of duties:

		Achieves excellence in tactical analyst tasks through data analysis, business communication, evaluating and implementing business process with high level of customer service standards.
		Liaison between international regions, divisions and headquarters to identify needs, bring actions to closure and communicate progress and developments.
		Deep experience in data analysis, including building databases in MS ACCESS
		Maintain and document processes and procedures of business operations.
		Works closely with manager and process owners to effectively capture, drive and monitor actions, issues and assigned tasks.
